La-La-La-La, Lunar!

Jaggedone and his lovely missus, Mrs Jaggedone, have fell in love again, and after adopting our new member of the family, we decided to call her LOLA, but Ray Davies from The Kinks objected and said it was plagiarism. He did however, accept the name LUNAR because he loves the canine fraternity too! He even told Jaggedone he could use his cult song if he changed the name of the title.

So, being the poetical nutter he is, he has now released this latest canine version called:

LA-LA-LA-LA, Lunar (Just hum along to Lola from the Kinks)

We met her in a place called Blacky's B&B

Named in loving memory of a dog called Blacky In downtown Bangalore, just Liz and Me

Travelled across the Indian ocean, just to see We drank coconut milk together with Kelly

She walked up to us and said, "there is she!" I asked her name and Kelly told me Lunar, La-la-la-la Lunar

Lunar laid on her dusty bed and opened her eyes We stopped, our hearts beating, what a surprise! Oh that's our lovely Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar

Our hearts were still in flight,

I guess it was love at first sight She walked like an angel, a beautiful sight Oh our Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar

Well, we drank our milk and held her tight Under Indian sunshine and candlelight I picked her up and sat her on my knee And said "Dear Girl, won't you come home with me?"

Well, I'm not the world's most passionate doggy lover But when I looked in her eyes, I could not recover

My Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar

We waIked her to the door She laid on the floor We got down on our knees Then we looked at her and she at me

Well, that's the way that I want it to stay And I always want it to be that way for my Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar

Girls will be Girls and boys will be boys It's a mixed up, doggy world, except for our Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar

Well,l we took her back to Germany Lunar wagged her tail and said goodbye to Kelly I said to Kelly "Liz and me are now three!"

Well, I'm not the world's most romantic man But I know what I am, and now I'm a great fan Of our Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar La-la-la-la Lunar

No Lola, but thanks to Ray Davies and The Kinks, we have immortalized Lunar, who is certainly a LADY!
