"Major Inspiration"
We entered the wonderful, natural gardens surrounding Krishnamurti’s center of studies in Bangalore, India, Anno 2008. We passed through rows of beautifully coloured orchids, ancient banyan trees native to India, huge cobwebs with mesmerizing huge spiders hanging sublimely displaying all colours of the spectrum. It was a natural sanctuary of peace and tranquility located on the periphery of this rapidly growing, metropole, which is being modernized at such a rapid pace leaving no time for its lesser educated, and poorer inhabitants to catch a breath.
Only those with a university, or higher education, working within Bangalore’s Silicon Valley, or its high-tech ‘Global Invaders’ who spread the gospel of economic comforts and materialism, can benefit from such rapid expansion.
However, here in Krishnamurti’s center there is peace and sanity to be cherished. I sat in the corner where the ‘Master of Freedom of Thought’ once sat conveying his thoughts to those willing to listen and consume. Sunrays lit the corner where I sat devouring, and experiencing, his spirit and presence. It was pure enlightenment.
I had already written a rough version of ‘The Unacceptable Truth’ and after being physically present in his wonderful sanctuary, I knew I had to return to the original manuscript/book and refurbish the words I wrote as a naïve author many years before.
Krishnamurti will always be my main inspiration in my thoughts, my perspectives, and my comprehension of the sometimes, terrible world surrounding and suffocating the human race. However, this world can also be a beautiful world, with mind-blowing, natural occurrences, wonderful animals, and incredible people doing incredibly important positive things.
Without Krishnamurti removing ‘the planks from my eyes’ I could never have managed to adjust my writings and present them as they are now.
I ONLY WISH FOR PEACE, BUT THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A UTOPIAN WISH, SO I GUESS WE WILL ALL JUST HAVE TO SWALLOW, HOPE, AND FOLLOW THE MASTER!
