A wonderful, intelligent animal, who has done no harm to anybody, is put to the slaughter on a daily basis all over the planet, apart from Muslim nations, but therefore they slaughter goats and sheep, not as many maybe but still millions are murdered every day!
Alone in the USA 130 million pigs are put to the sword, have bolts blown into their heads, carved up, and devoured by humans annually, and 1.5 billion globally! I really do not want to mention how many cows, lambs, etc, are slaughtered daily! But their numbers are not far less than the poor pig who nearly gets the worst deal of all because globally, 50 billion chickens are slaughtered annually; a barbaric, unacceptable, and horrendous act of genocide!
Meat eaters really do not see this wonderful animal as a pet, similar to their dogs and cats. Pigs are only seen as lumps of meat on their plates with no resemblance to these shuffling, snorting, friendly breed of harmless animal!
The daily genocide enacted upon pigs (and other animals) is a HUMAN DISGRACE! It is primitive, barbaric, and in our so-called 'modern times' should be forbidden! But how long will it take for humans to stop the genocide on these innocent beings? Stop global, industrial production of pig/meat products, and allow these creatures to live in freedom without fear of being slaughtered because pigs just happen to be very sensitive creatures and sense when their time is up with fear running through their minds and bodies!
I know this blog will not 'reach the plates' of pork/meat devourers because they see no wrong in the daily genocide of the wonderful pig. However, I do believe to cure the human race of this barbaric, revolting, unacceptable industry/habit, it only requires future generations to visit disgusting pig farms which resemble prisons, visit slaughterhouses to see how these animals are forcibly bred, forcibly incarcerated, and then forcibly slaughtered! The blood and the gore seen would deter any further consumption of pork (beef, lamb, poultry, fish, etc) and make future generations aware of this quite unacceptable industry. There is only one future for humans, and there are certainly enough nutritional products to replace meat products; vegetarian or vegan diets must become our basic diets!
Sadly, the word GENOCIDE only pertains to human slaughter, and is only used when inhuman humans slaughter each other! But this word, unless drummed into people's heads, happens all over the globe to our animal brothers and sisters! There is no difference between them and us, and they all have the right to exist in harmony with humans, and not end up on our plates!
THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
AND THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD NEVER BE AND MUST BE STOPPED!!!!
